FTVLive told you about a couple of signs that were posted to the union bulletin board at Gray’s WOIO in Cleveland.

On Friday, FTVLive showed you the internal memo that was sent to the staff at WOIO telling them that they are expected to work overtime on stories.

FTVLive has heard from a number of people at WOIO that feel that management is pushing the staff too far. A number of insiders think that management’s actions are one of the main reasons that WOIO Photographer Chris Reymann killed himself.

Emotions are very raw at the Gray station, but FTVLive has heard from many staffers that have grown very frustrated with how they are being treated.

After the “mandatory overtime” memo went out, a sign was posted on the union bulletin board saying “No Mandatory Overtime.” Another sign under that was added that said, “No person or job is worth your mental health.”

After FTVLive posted a picture of the board, interestingly, both signs were taken down:
