Dorian's Shift

The latest computer models have powerful Hurricane Dorian making a shift to the north. And while that is very good news for South Florida it is not good news for us here at FTVLive.

The FTVLIve World HQ is south of Jacksonville and we seem to be very much in Dorian’s new path. Today, I will be outside trying to trim some trees and move some furniture inside.

It is almost a sure bet that we will be dealing with power loss and I expect areas like St. Augustine is going to be hit hard with flooding.

The storm should start impacting us on Monday and could still be in the area on Thursday.

I am supposed to board a plane Thursday morning for NAHJ in San Antonio.

I really hope that still happens.
