Tegna Hires New ND in San Diego

Tegna has hired a new news boss in SoCal.

Word is that WDAF (Kansas City) News Director Dana McDaniel at WDAF is out the door at the Tribune station and headed to Tegna’s KFMB in San Diego.

McDaniel joined WDAF back in June of 2017.

Many of you know Dana McDaniel as Dana Hahn. She was the ND at KTVU (San Francisco) and was also at WTTG in DC.

She was push out at KTVU back in Feb, 2017, but now is making a return to California.
