As someone that has worked in a dozen newsrooms, I can say that this happens (and it should) at every station.

WBRE Anchor Morgan Parrish posted that her Producer was “stressed” because she was reading her scripts just two minutes before air.

This is what an Anchor is supposed to do. Along with reading and proofing scripts during the commercial breaks as well.

Not sure why the Producer was stressed as this is SOP in the news business.
