WTAJ (Altoona) Sports Director Peter Terpstra was doing a story about Penn State quarterback Tommy Stevens entering the NCAA transfer protocol.

In his intro, Terpstra said, “it may come as a surprise….”

We suspect the over-the-shoulder graphic for the football story, was also a surprise.
