Back in February, FTVLive told you that legendary Sports Anchor Warner Wolf was arrested.

Wolf was arrested for allegedly vandalizing a sign at a private gated community where he lives, police said.

Wolf who coined the phrase "let's go to the videotape," faces a charge of criminal mischief after police said he reportedly used a tool to take the word "plantation" off a sign at Classics Planation Estates in Naples.

Now the charges have been dropped against Wolf.

“My attorney, Shannon Mcfee, called me last night and said the prosecutor had decided to have the charge dismissed. Criminal mischief,” Wolf says.

“I gave them $1,100 [for the damages] ... I was in jail for 4 hours. It wasn’t fun.”

But he does say it was “worth it.”
