Nexstar Swinging the Ax in the Big Easy

Sources tell FTVLive that Nexstar has pulled up the pink slip express to former Tribune station WGNO.

Word is that cuts went down in promotions, accounting and traffic. A couple more people have haded in their resignations and insiders tell FTVLive that after January 10th, the News Photography staff will be down to just a few people.

To Nexstar’s credit, this station is a train-wreck that is dead last in the news ratings and puts on a poorly produced product.

It might be best if Nexstar blows up the place and starts over.
