KNXV (Phoenix) Reporter Dave Biscobing does not like it when other people steal his work (I know how you feel Dave!).

Biscobing makes small marks on documents he obtained, so he can tell who is ripping off his material.

He claims that Tegna’s KPNX swiped documents that he obtained and passed them off as their own.
