Why is Skippy Silent?

The Amy Robach leaked tape story is certainly big news.

Now that CBS reportedly fired a staffer because ABC basically told them to do it, is something you don’t see very often.

And while this story continues to play out, CNN’s senior media reporter Brian Stelter is all but ignoring the story.

Stelter has not tweeted about the story and as far as we can tell, has not covered the story. He made a mention in his newsletter a few nights ago, but just linked to others that are covering the story.

The “others” are a lot of media outlets and yet Stelter and CNN have not touched the story.

Did Jeff Zucker order Stelter to stand down on the story?

Clearly this seems to be a story that is in Stelter’s wheelhouse, yet we get crickets from CNN.

Something just is right and this appears to be a coverup by CNN and Brian Stelter.

But why?
