Yesterday, FTVLive showed you the internal memo that General Manager Joan Barrett wrote to the staff, telling them to let her know how many new chairs needed to be ordered.

While Tribune owned the station and it was going through the sale to Nexstar, insiders say the company did not want to spend a dime more than they had to.

As the chairs started breaking, management would not replace them.

Finally, after the Nexstar took control, the word was sent down that they could buy some new chairs.
