The Graham Media station was Houston's first television station and the second one to sign on in Texas, three months behind Fort Worth station WBAP which is now known as KXAS (Dallas).

Texas is one of those states that many people either love or hate and if you love Texas, you should love working at KPRC.

The station moved into a new studio in April 2016 and it is located near the Southwest Freeway, which makes it an easy commute to work.

Graham is another good group to work for and puts much emphasis on news and does not cover the fluff like say a Tegna does.

KTRK is also located in Houston and it just missed making our list. So, if you want to head to Houston, you have two good stations to choose from with KPRC being at the top of the list in H-Town.
