Cuts Go Down at Gray

Last week, in a Patron only story, FTVLive told you that Gray Television was going to start swinging the ax.

On Friday, just before the holiday weekend, that is exactly what Gray did at WWBT in Richmond. Sources tell FTVLive cuts happened in production, sales and traffic, digital and more.

We hear the body count was around a dozen people.

This is also not the only station that will be getting a visit from Gray’s pink slip express.

Sources tell FTVLive that as Gray brings more automation online, more people will be sent to the exits.
