Back in October, FTVLive FIRST told you that troubled KUSI (San Diego) had suspended Weatherman Mark Mathis after he made a threat to a viewer over Twitter.

Mathis’s suspension from the station last just a few days, but Twitter also suspended @MarkMathisKUSI in October and that suspension is still standing.

He was suspended in mid-October and it is expected that the suspension will be lifted very soon.

Also, word is that KUSI has not been happy with FTVLive’s reporting on their station. Word is that employees are now being told not to visit FTVLive and the station is having the I.T. people look into the company computers to see who is leaking information to FTVLive?

I always love when a so called media company tries to ban their employees from reading the media.

Banning websites might have worked in 1995, but now, EVERY employee has a computer at home and in their pocket.

Do a better job, treat your staff like humans and quit being an idiot. That is the best way to keep you or your station off of FTVLive.com.
