A 66 acre park called The Gathering Place has opened up in Tulsa.

It was the idea of a guy named George Kaiser and it seems that KOKI Managing Editor Greg DeBrosse really wanted his station to have an interview with Kaiser before the park opened.

He sent this memo out to the staff of the Cox station and it was obtained by FTVLive:

He put the orders out to his staff to not "let up on this guy," but then the staff got this memo from Assignment Manager Natalie Andes telling them to stop calling or trying to contact George Kaiser.

So one boss is saying, don't let up on the guy and the other boss is saying back the hell off the guy.

Don't you just love the communications business?
