Former Yahoo Global News Anchor Katie Couric has parted way with her Park Avenue apartment for just under $8 million bucks.

The five-bedroom apartment sold last week for $7.785 million, property records show, 2.6% below its most recent asking price of $7.995 million and almost a half-million less than the $8.25 million Ms. Couric originally listed it for in October last year.

Located on posh Park Avenue, the 10-room apartment has a semi-private elevator landing, oversized windows, a library, and a chef’s eat-in kitchen with a butler’s pantry.

The home also has a staff room, original parquet flooring and views of Park Avenue’s tulip gardens.

Its monthly maintenance runs to the tune of $7,364.
