When word got around that WTTG in DC had hired the very mean and untalented Britt McHenry, not everyone in DC was happy with the hire. 

NBC Sports Washington Anchor Michael Jenkins weighed in on the hire.

McHenry responded with a tweet that has since been deleted, to which Jenkins countered with this.

McHenry, fired back that she wrote a whole 20 stories for ESPN's website and even a feature in Marie Claire. How she has yet won a Pulitzer is beyond us.

Jenkins shot back and I think he was trying to say Tomi Lahren and not Tammy, but we get the point.

Good to see that the Fox O&O's hire is coming to the new job with such a humble attitude.
