Six police officers were shot in Florence, SC and one was killed.

WPDE Reporter Toyna Brown quickly responded to the scene and started filing reports for the station and on social media.

When she learned that the officer that was killed was a friend of hers, she continued to report the story. But, you could see that it was emotional for her to do so.
