WLWT in Cincinnati has parted way with Anchor Mark Hayes. 

Hayes joined the station 3 years ago, but now according to WLWT GM Branden Frantz, Hayes "has left the WLWT newsroom to pursue other future assignments." That's just a new way to say he is leaving to spend more time with his family.

Hayes came to Cincy from Dallas, where he didn't even make it two years. 

On his Facebook page, he has begun promoting his Mark Hayes Consulting business offering media training, brand management, and motivational speaking.

The station has hired a new Anchor. WLWT reached out to the large market of Cape Girardeau, MO to hire Mollie Lair. 

Lair began co-anchoring weekend evening newscasts with Courtis Fuller this past weekend.
