Tegna announced that they are teaming up with The Weather Channel on coverage of the solar eclipse.

Tegna says that in DC, WUSA will be hosting the Great Eclipse 2017 Watch Party at a local Aviation Museum.

WUSA meteorologists and anchors will be on hand to answer questions, hand out ISO-certified eyewear and compete in science-related trivia with viewers.

Yes folks, from the same company that employs Anchors that can not tell you at what temperature water freezes, will be answering your eclipse questions.
