Gray owned WEAU ( Eau Claire, Wisconsin) is suing a couple of guys because they fooled the station into putting them on their morning show.

Nick Prueher and Joe Pickett put out a fake press release calling themselves the “Strongman duo Chop & Steele.”

Not long after they put out the release, the duo was being booked on morning shows and newscasts in the midwest. One of their appearances was on WEAU's “Hello Wisconsin,” where station staff did nothing to check the duo out and see their credentials.

Now, WEAU is wiping the egg off their face and are suing the two.

“During the live appearance on Hello Wisconsin, ‘Chop’ and ‘Steele’ touted their ‘mental strength, ‘Chop’ discussed the violent outbursts he was prone to while abusing steroids and his wealthy upbringing, while ‘Steele’ discussed his ‘body image issues’ and his impoverished upbringing,” the lawsuit state.

Gray is suing is suing Pickett and Preuher for re-airing their episodes, which are copyrighted, for fraud, and for conspiracy to commit wrongful activity.
