In other Meredith is getting sued news....

FTVLive has learned EXCLUSIVELY that a Saginaw, Michigan judge has ordered a lawsuit between Meredith owed WNEM and former Reporter Nick Lulli be amended to include Lulli’s claim of retaliation and defamation by Meredith.

According to court documents filed, following Lulli’s counter-suit against Meredith and complaint of sex discrimination, Meredith defamed Lulli and retaliated against him for his discrimination claims by featuring him in a training video for new reporters.

The video as described by some reporters who watched it was described as “how not to be a reporter” and features a clip of Lulli reporting.

As we told you a year ago, WNEM is suing Lulli for breach of contract.

Lulli is countersuing the station and Meredith.
