What Happened?

WCAU in Philly posted a story about a Reporter being attacked on camera outside City Hall in Philadelphia. 

But, now the NBC O&O has pulled the story and it can't be found. 

A Google cache shows the story at one point was posted on the WCAU website:

But, if you click on the link in Google you get this:

So, the bigger question is what happened? Was the Telemundo Reporter attacked? Why can nothing be found on the story? And why did WCAU post the story and then pull it down? 

These are just some of our questions, does anyone have an answer?
