Donald Trump went on CNN via telephone (what's up with that) and continued his attack on Fox News and Megyn Kelly in particular.

Besides calling Kelly a lightweight and a number of other disparaging remarks, he seemed to imply that Kelly was tough on him, because she was on her period. Are you kidding me?!
