Out the Door in Connecticut

Sources tell FTVLive that WVIT NBC Connecticut Reporter Amanda Raus is gone from the station.

Her bio remains on the station website, but our source says that yesterday was her last day at the station.

Raus joined WVIT in April 2007 as a General Assignment Reporter, coming from from WSHM in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Since April 2011, she has been working out of the station's New Haven studios covering stories in New Haven and along the shoreline.

Back in May of 2014, Raus got engaged to WVIT morning Anchor Todd Piro. The couple is supposed to get married next month.
