Kacie McDonnell had a great job in a top TV market and chucked it out the door to move to Kansas City.

McDonnell was the Traffic Reporter at WTFX Fox 29 in Philly, a job that many would kill for.

But, McDonnell fell in love with Kansas City Chiefs NFL quarterback Aaron Murray, quite her job moved to the midwest and the two lived happily ever after.

Not quite.

Word is that Murray called off the engagement and the two are no longer together.

"I'm loving my career in Kansas City," McDonnell told the Daily News, confirming that Murray ended their engagement. "I’m really committed to being a part of this community for the time being. The engagement is off. I wish him the best, it’s best to part ways. I’m moving on with my life."

I think the key sentence in that statement is, "committed to being a part of this community for the time being."

In others words, until she can land another job back in Philly, or another NFL Quarterback.
