Over the July 4th Weekend KWES (Midland) did not have enough news to fill 30 minutes, so they decided to waste viewers time with a wedding proposal.

Weekend Anchor Alexa Williams read a tease for her own wedding proposal. It was followed by her boyfriend entering the studio and asking Williams to marry him.

She told him "No".....ha we wish...actually she said yes and KWES posted the video all over social media.
