Reporter Takes a Licking, Keeps on Ticking
/KOIN (Portland) Reporter Tim Becker was assigned to cover the "yes" vote on the marijuana ballot initiative for the state.
While Becker was going live, once "yes" supporter that maybe wasn't waiting for pot to be legalized came up and licked his neck while he was on live.
