Once again, we hate to tell you we told you so, but, "We told you so...." Back in June, we reported that Raycom was not happy at WOIO in Cleveland and that they were going to make a change in the ND office. That day, is today.

WOIO GM Erik Schrader held a brief meeting with staff a short while ago and announced that Fred D'Ambrosi is no longer with the station. No shock to anyone who reads FTVLive. D'Ambrosi has been at WOIO since 2015, right after he denied he was interviewing for the job.

There's also a rumor that D'Ambrosi's replacement has already been picked. Remember last week when we told you that WTMJ-TV ND Janet Hundley suddenly 'resigned'? There are rumors that she's headed to WOIO. If true, we hope Janet heeds the old advice of, "Rent, don't buy."
