Reporter Charged with Sexual Battery

A Florida reporter is in jail, charged with sexual battery.

Gainesville police arrested WCJB reporter Spencer Allen after they say he and a woman were socializing at home when he locked her in a bedroom and forced himself on her. Police say he forced her into oral and sexual intercourse and bit her in the genital area.

The police report says throughout the assault the woman told Allen "No," and tried to move away from him. She eventually was able to get away and found by a witness, crying, and asking for her clothes.

Allen is in jail on a $15,000 bond.
