KC Station Adds More News, Bumps The List

Scripps owned KSHB is sending "The List" to its sister channel and adding a real newscast at 6:30PM.

Yesterday, KSHB launched a new 6:30PM newscast with Anchor Rhiannon Ally and Chief Meteorologist Gary Lezak.

The station says that this will be the only local newscast on main network channels in that time period. 41 Action News will now offer seven and a half hours of local televised news coverage every weekday. .  

With the addition of the new newscast, the current program in the 6:30 timeslot, “The List”, moves to KSHB’s sister station KMCI.
