Could Sinclair Hub Weather?

Reports have been floating around for the past year that Sinclair Broadcast Group has been looking to buy The Weather Channel.

Now, the rumors are heating up again and sources say that the two sides are close to a deal. 

If Sinclair does go through with the purchase of The Weather Channel, it could be very bad news for Weather Anchors working at Sinclair stations. 

Sources tell FTVLive that it is likely that Sinclair would have The Weather Channel provide the weather reports for all, but a select few Sinclair stations. 

That means the weather people working at current Sinclair stations would be kicked to the curb as the company hubs out their weather duties.
