Searching for A GM Via Twitter

Social media has definitely become part of today's culture. One company is even using Twitter to search for new executives.

FTVLive first reported that WOIO GM Dominic Mancuso is being shown the door. Now, the company is using Twitter to help find his replacement. Raycom recruiter Ty Carver, whom no one has ever heard of, tweeted this search:

We know that Mancuso did some crazy things at WOIO (like sending a dead rat to the building's landlord), but you'd think that Raycom would want someone with a little more professionalism as a replacement? Will they find a Top 20 capable GM on Twitter?
