WFXT News Director Lee Rosenthal has been shown the door at the Cox owned Boston station.
Rosenthal who once got caught telling tall tales to FTVLive has been with the Cox station since it took it over from Fox.
Before that, he was at KTVU in San Francisco that was part of the trade between Cox and Fox.
Before being hired in San Francisco, FTVLive reported that he was interviewing at KTVU, Rosenthal denied the FTVLive story and said he was home with the flu. A couple of weeks later it was announced that he was going to San Francisco.
Needless to say, we have never trusted a thing the guy has said since.
No word yet on his replacement in Boston.
