OMG! How Did you Fall for That?

TV stations often fall for fake stories on the Internet and end up reporting them on air. 

It is embarrassing and it also shows you how gullible some stations can be. A website posted a story that Buffalo, NY was voted as having the best weather in America.

Now, I grew up in the Buffalo area and I love the place with all my heart, but the weather? Best? Ummmm...No!

But, somehow, WKBW, the Scripps station in Buffalo thought the story was real and covered it. No...really they did. 

We would link you to the video, but it seems that the station pulled it down a day after posting it. We're sure they are also busy trying to get all the egg of their face as well.
