St. Louis Reporter Handcuffed for Trying to Cover Public Meeting

KTVI Reporter Chris Hayes found himself wearing handcuffs aftter he and his Photographer tries to cover a public meeting in the St. Louis suburb of Kinloch.

Hayes was following up on a KTVI investigation about the city having uninsured and unregistered police cars. 

When he tried to enter the meeting with camera in tow, that's when he was handcuffed.
