Michael Strahan Headed to GMA Full Time

Michael Strahan is sacking (you see what I did there?) "live with Kelly and Michael" to go to ABC's Good Morning America full time. 

The former NFL star was selected in 2012 to replace Regis Philbin as Ripa's co-host on the talk show.

Strahan has worked part time for GMA, but has decided to make it his full time gig. ABC is now looking for his replacement on "Live". 

Strahan will make the change to full time at GMA this Fall.

"My departure will be bittersweet," Strahan said. "Kelly has been an unbelievable partner, and I am so thankful to her and the entire team."
