4 Fired 3 Suspended in Providence in Data Breach

A rising Anchor and 3 others were sacked at WLNE, after a police investigation into a data breach at the station. 

WLNE called in the Rhode Island State Police after they learned personnel files that salary information, social security and bank account numbers and more private info was read by a number of staffers. 

The station fired evening Anchor Alexandra Cowley and 3 others. Another 3 were suspended.
