Former WABC Deuce Heads to NBC's New Boston Station

Bill McFarland, who spent almost a decade as the Assistant News Director at WABC is reuniting with his old boss in Boston.

McFarland has been hired as Managing Editor for the news operation at NECN and will include the new NBC Boston.

This reunites McFarland with Kenny Plotnik, the VP of News at NECN and former ND at WABC. 

McFarland will be responsible for the day-to-day news gathering at the stations.

He starts at the end of the month.
