Former Ft. Smith Anchor hits the Lottery

Former KHBS (Ft. Smith) Anchor Donna Bragg hit the lottery and she didn't even have to buy a ticket.

Bragg, who anchored at the station from 1997-2010 has been hired as as the Arkansas lottery's advertising and marketing director.

Bragg will pull in about $90,000 bucks which is surely a lot more than she made anchoring the news in Ft. Smith.

Since leaving TV news, Bragg had worked  as the marketing and communications director for Sparks Health System.

Bragg made news herself back in 2007 when  then-University of Arkansas head football Coach Houston Nutt released a letter to explain his relationship with the TV Anchor. Nutt and Bragg had exchanged 1,063 text messages between Nov. 30, 2006, and Jan. 11, 2007.

Bragg maintained there was nothing improper with her relationship.
