MSNBC can't think up any new ideas, so it looks like they are headed back to the future.

The NY Post writes that the struggling cable network is trying again to woo back the former face of the network, Keith Olbermann, to do political commentary. Olbermann had declined an earlier offer in December to return, in part because of the small salary involved.

“They want to get him back to the table again,” a source said.

This is the same Keith Olbermann that slammed MSNBC and trashed them every change he got.

Then again, Donald Trump calls the media "the worst, despicable people" and MSNBC and others just suck right up to him.

Maybe they like being abused?
