I'm not sure what the hell WAPT (Jackson, Miss.) was trying to say with this Facebook post (it has since been taken down), but damn!

I guess while it's 2016 everywhere else, it's still 1956 in Jackson. I can see the conversation now at the assignment desk, "Now why don't y'all head down to the bad part of town and see what them there black folks have to say about this?"
