Back on Feb. 1st, FTVLive told you that a number of staffers at KEYE in Austin were claiming discrimination and having to work in a hostile work environments.

Now sources are telling FTVLive that 3 employees at the Sinclair owned station who filed EEO complaints, so far have refused to settle with the station this week.

Word is that the station was hoping that they could reach some sort of agreement and put the troubles behind them.

But, it appears the employees are moving forward with their claims of religious discrimination and hostile working environment.

And it might be getting even worse. Insiders say that an Anchor was was seen coming from the HR directors office in tears.
