Meredith Ready to Walk Away from Nexstar/Media General Deal

It appears that Meredith Corp. is this/close to walking away from its attempt to merge with Media General Inc.
Doing so will allow Nexstar to acquire MG after months of negotiation.
As a parting gift, Meredith will get a $60 million breakup fee just for saying bye.
The termination agreement could be announced sometime Today, as Meredith releases its quarterly results.
