Is Trump Trying to Soften Megyn Kelly?

If elected President, how is Doanld Trump going to stare down world leaders, when it appears that he is scared of Megyn Kelly?
Trump has been making noise that he might not show up to Fox News debate if the network continues to have Megyn Kelly on the panel.
Of course Trump will still show up, but it appears that his attacks on Kelly are his way of trying to soften the FNC Anchor.
Trump may believe that by saying that Kelly is biased, she will go easier on him with her questions.
Kelly has taken a lot of heat from Trump and his supporters after the first debate on Fox News. So, will this cause her to soften up, knowing what she went through the first time?
Time will tell, but one thing is for sure, despite Trump's noise, he will be on that debate stage Thursday night.
