A few days ago, FTVLive told you that WROC (Rochester) Weather Anchor Scott Hetsko had been off the air as he underwent heart transplant surgery.
Yesterday, the station interviewed Hetsko over Skype to talk about his surgery.
"Now that I have this opportunity, I think I have two responsibilities," Hetsko said. "One, be in the best shape of my life to take care of this heart. Two, its my mission to let people know, and drive them crazy if I have to, about how important this [organ donation] is and how it may affect them some day and you don't realize it... So hopefully i can get in their head a little bit. That's the most important thing."
WROC slugged the Skype interview with their own Anchor as "Exclusive."
Really? Come on!
