It looks like years of Brian Williams playing lose with the truth has been handed down to his daughter Allison.
But, in this case it was for a good reason. To keep the paparazzi away away.
Page Six says that Allison Williams' wedding to Ricky Van Veen was shrouded in such secrecy that a decoy site was set up near the real location at a luxury ranch in Wyoming.
The bogus location was set up to lure the paparazzi away from the real location, the Brush Creek Ranch in Saratoga. All of the guests had been kept totally in the dark about the wedding location and were asked simply to fly to Denver.
Page Six has learned that Rafanelli Events, which planned weddings for Chelsea Clinton and Matt Damon, was hired for the nuptials and to set up the decoy location.
No word if Dad Brian had to pay for both the wedding and the fake wedding as well.
