Left Coast Anchor Headed to St. Louis

KBAK (Bakersfield) Anchor Courtney Bryant is signing off from the station and is headed to St. Louis. 

She starts September 8th as a Anchor/Reporter at KMOV.

Bryant has been at KBAK since April 2013. She announced her move to her Facebook followers:

My time at Eyewitness News - BakersfieldNow is coming to an end next week. I've accepted a position with KMOV News 4 in St. Louis, Missouri. It's a dream job at an outstanding, award-winning station. I am humbled to be joining another talented and driven news team.

But I have to say THANK YOU,  ‪#‎KernCounty‬. Thanks for your loyal viewership, messages, and calls. Especially those who I've run into when reporting on a story, or just out and about... you never know how much you can make a person's day.

It's been an honor to bring you the news for the last two and a half years. It's time for me to start the next chapter, but you've made this an experience I will never forget!
