Scripps Promotes Digital Guy To Recruit

The head of Scripps' digital efforts, is getting a promotion. Chip Mahaney will now be the group's director of news recruitment.
Mahaney will be responsible for recruiting news directors, assistant news directors and executive producers in the group's 24 markets. He starts his new gig, January 4th.
