CNN Banking on Biden

While CNN enjoyed huge ratings for their GOP hosted debate, the same will not happen for the Democratic debate the network is hosting tonight. 

Even Brian Stelter, CNN's biggest cheerleader can't seem to get some excited for this debate. When the GOP debate was on the CNN schedule, Stelter sent out tweet after tweet about the debate. For the Dem debate Stelter has only made a few mentions.

CNN is holding out hopes for a Hail-Mary that will bring viewers in. The network is hoping that Vice President Joe Biden decides to enter the Democratic presidential race sometime Today and show up for the debate today. 

CNN is even holding a podium in the ready, just in case Biden steps in.
