It's Not Like We didn't tell you

Back on December 12th, FTVLive wrote, "....hearing rumblings that KNXV News Director Pat Costello might be leaving the sun for the rain. Word is that KOMO in Seattle may hire the Phoenix news boss to replace Holly Gauntt, who left the station for Denver."

Late yesterday in an email to the staff, KNXV VP/GM Anita Helt just sent out an internal email saying that Costello was leaving the station and headed to KOMO in Seattle. Yep, exactly one month after FTVLive reported is was going to happen.

Costello packs his bags for the Northwest in February,  Asst. ND Jamie Ioos takes over as the interim ND for now.
